Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations 

Aroid Life does not accept returns, exchanges, orcancellations, however please contact us if you have a problem with your order.  We provide Route+ Shipping Insurance as an add-on when making your purchase on our website www.AroidLife.com.With 100% coverage, customers receive that extra level of assurance and protection from lost, damaged or stolen packages. Excellent customer service is very important to us. Please take photos of any plant issues that are not caused by the weather or the delivery carrier as soon as you receive your order and contact us. 

US Domestic Shipping

Aroid Life ships plants Monday - Wednesday.  If you purchase a plant Wednesday - Sunday your plant order will ship within the Monday - Wednesday ship dates. Shipping is FREE for Priority 2-3 day shipments. There is an additional cost for expedited 1 day shipping, which we recommend.  We use both USPS and UPS.

We pack your plant order with great care providing several layers of insulation protection, preventing possible damage from shipping and the outdoor elements. All plants are shipped bareroot and wrapped in sphagnum moss.
